DAILY RATES
From $99.00 to $129.00 + tax, based on double occupancy ($25 charge for extra person in room) A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation (we accept all major credit cards). Refundable up to 10 days before date of arrival, less $20 processing fee.

EXCEPTION
Special event weekends, (ND games & festival weekends) will require a minimum 2 night stay and observe a 30 day cancellation policy.

• Included in our rates is a full hearty breakfast each morning and snacks in the evening. (We can accommodate special diets if known in advance)
• Week night business person, state employees, and corporate discounted rates. Call and ask for details.
• Holiday, special event weekend and seasonal rates may vary.
• Discount if renting the entire B&B (all 4 rooms) for that special occasion, call for details.

CHECK-IN: 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM (if later please call)

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM (late check-out is subject to a $25 fee)
